Welcome to Fairytale Fantasy Events. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Fairytale Fantasy Events provides event planning, event coordination, decorating, styling, catering coordination, rentals, and related event services. All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change if your event details, guest count, venue, timeline, or requested services change.
Booking & Deposits
A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until both have been received.
Payments
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule in your contract. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Cancellations
Client cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any payments made before cancellation are subject to the terms outlined in the signed agreement. Non-refundable retainers are not refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate event information, timely communication, venue access, and all necessary approvals. Delays caused by missing information may affect event timelines.
Vendor Services
We may coordinate with third-party vendors. While we work with trusted professionals, Fairytale Fantasy Events is not responsible for the actions, delays, or performance of independent vendors.
Liability
Fairytale Fantasy Events is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, emergencies, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, planning materials, graphics, and website content remain the property of Fairytale Fantasy Events unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
At Fairytale Fantasy Events, we reserve each event date exclusively for our clients. Because of this commitment, the following policy applies:
- All retainers/deposits are non-refundable.
- Payments already made for services completed or materials purchased are non-refundable.
- If a client reschedules and the requested date is available, payments may be transferred at Fairytale Fantasy Events' discretion.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused services after an event has taken place.
- If Fairytale Fantasy Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any refundable amounts will be determined based on services not yet performed and expenses not already incurred.
- Any custom décor, personalized items, floral arrangements, or specialty purchases made specifically for an event are non-refundable.
We encourage clients to purchase event insurance for additional protection against unexpected circumstances.
At Fairytale Fantasy Events, we love showcasing the beautiful celebrations we create.
Unless a client requests otherwise in writing before the event, Fairytale Fantasy Events may photograph or record décor, event setups, and non-private portions of events for use in our portfolio, website, social media platforms, advertising, and promotional materials.
We respect our clients' privacy. Personal information will never be shared without permission, and any request not to use event photos will be honored when submitted before the event date.
By booking our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Photo & Media Release unless they have provided written notice opting out.
